Heaven is like a bright Home far above earth's darkness; an exalted state; a free gift of which we are not worthy. Preparation is necessary for those who want to live with the saints in perfect love and unity, in the embrace of the Three Divine Persons, in Their perfect bliss and peace.

The Three Divine Persons are united and active in the unity of the Godhead, as if circling in unceasing communion. In a circle around them the many Saints are also circling, living in the Godhead, in the light and bliss of Divine Love.

Flames billow out from the front of the altar. The fire represents the holiness of Christ in His Divinity, in His Real Presence on the altar. We need to ensure that we approach with awe as well as love - with no 'clothing of sin' that might catch fire from that conflagration.

How can He fail to hear the prayer of His own Son? In sharing the life of the Divine Persons, we share in Their loving responses to one another in the Godhead: hence our prayers are granted.

He had been transformed by his Holy Communion and by the prayer of a friend. On his forehead shone a new gem, which radiated an extraordinary light: sign of a particular virtue.

Whenever we 'show' the Lord in Prayer all our problems, hopes, sins, and resolutions, we make acts of trust in Him. By such acts, we are building a stairway which brings us even closer to Him - by His grace.

Our Lady shared Christ's anguish as did no-one else on earth. Their hearts beat as one, during His Passion. He experienced her sympathy and consoling thoughts in an extraordinary spiritual communion.

With a peaceful heart, and a peaceful conscience, a happy friend of Christ can 'lean' on Him, in Holy Communion.

The Saints are gathered together in Heaven as if on an island far above our sinful world. The Lord invites us to change, by His power, and to share one day in their Eternal bliss.

When we are ill, and Christ comes to us in Holy Communion, it's as if He insists in helping us to lie down on a couch; and when He is sure that we are resting comfortably, He sits on the floor beside us, so that we can talk at leisure - or simply be quiet.

Christ is with us in Holy Communion, bringing comfort and consolation. Sometimes He must correct us, but He also actively encourages us, and rewards us, for following His way.
